The vibrant energy of the region is infectious and everyone seems to partake in the outdoor life and

Dundalk Stadium will be Ireland’s first all weather horseracing track. The area offers top level golf links
at Blackrock and Greenore, and an adventure centre where lessons in outdoor pursuits on land and
sea prepare locals and tourists alike for the many joys of the countryside. Yet even with such choice
the area’s most popular activity is walking and in this setting it’s hardly surprising that people just want
to take their time and breathe the mountain and sea air.
